How do you get the calories on your pasta so low?

  2. what is the one at the bottom with less than 50 calories? I’m guessing zucchini with some sort of sauce?

How’s the Aldi bagel on the tummy, I heard it can be rough on some due to the high fiber. Great job btw!

How would a day like this be distributed for you over time? Egg whites + bagel for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, pasta for dinner, the rest dessert/snacks?

I understand this may seem good to you, but this is so unhealthy, especially if you eat this every day. It only seems good because you’re eating below 1200 calories, but there seem to be little nutrients here. I would definitely swap some of these processed foods to add more fibre, especially fruit and vegetables, possibly without sauce. Your immune system will then thank you as well as your whole body.
